drinking pis, the reason is simple. heat, a lot of heat and deidrated what is needed? as simple even, pis and more pis and more pis, when i have thirst i drink a lot of water but many times i drink a lot of pis like this day !!! you can see how i drink from a fitnes training glass, enjoy it and all this nothing more or nothing less than in on street !!
